one tip: if you are a little group and you want to go the mountain (which I would see it is a must) than give the mountain a call (number you can look up in the lonely planet) and ask for a discount. I achieved to receive 50% from 10 to 5 dollars per person. Therefore you need a recommendation of your cabina. the people of cabinas Los Cenizaros made me a paper and so we received the discount.
